Ethan, Nathan, Rebecca, and James all went to Gen Con Indy 2006. Between all of us, we got an amazing amount of photos, including some shots of the Dragon's Landing guys, the podcasting panel, and several devoted fans of gaming.

this place is where it happened. this place is where the basic idea for the Gamer's Haven was born.

While at Gen Con 2006, we managed to see Paul of Yog-Radio fame, we saw The Gamers 2: Dorkness Rising, and met with some of the Mythbusters, kevin sorbo, and william katt.

Well, Nathan and Rebecca were supposed to come to Gen Con 2007 with Ethan and James ... but medical issues led to Nathan and Rebecca calling off their trip at the last minute. Marching forever onward, Ethan and James made the trek to Indianapolis for Gen Con 40!

Unfortunately, that left Ethan with only his cell phone as a camera! Therefore, there are only a few shots of Gen Con 2007.

Back in the late 1990's, Ethan worked with an artist named Ben Kappen, a local of Lawrence, Kansas. Ethan asked Ben to draw up some superhero images based on some characters in various superhero games that he had run and/or played in, and this is the result.

Ben Kappen is a stunning artist, and avid supporter of the arts in Lawrence.
